1. Eligibility

By using this Course, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

2. Course Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Course.

Access to the Course is provided for as long as Flourish International LLC continues to operate and make the Course available. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Course at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy, which provides:

  • A 7-day limited refund window
  • Eligibility requirements as outlined in the Refund Policy

After the refund period expires, all sales are final.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Course for lawful, educational purposes only. You must not:

  • Share, copy, distribute, or resell course content
  • Use the Course for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional environment, you agree to behave respectfully at all times when interacting with:

  • The instructor
  • Team members
  • Other participants
  • Any private community associated with the Course

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful communication
  • Inappropriate or unprofessional contact with the instructor or team
  • Disruptive or harmful behavior within the community

6. Sexual Conduct Policy

This Course is educational and science-based. The following actions are strictly forbidden:

  • Any sexual advances toward the instructor, team members, or participants
  • Asking non-scientific, explicit, or inappropriate sexual questions
  • Sharing or transmitting any images or content depicting:
    • Nudity
    • Genital areas (whether fully or partially covered)
    • Erect genitalia

Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of access to the Course without refund.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time, without notice or refund, if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in inappropriate behavior as outlined above
  • Misuse the Course or its community

8. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including videos, text, graphics, and materials, is the property of Flourish International LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Course is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including the use of your information for marketing communications (with opt-out rights).
